Pursuant to Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we inform you that Aguas, Servicios e Inversiones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter, “ASIM”), with address at Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho 175, 6th Floor, Polanco I Sección, Miguel Hidalgo, 11550 Mexico City, is responsible for collecting your personal data, for the use given to such data, and for its protection.

What data do we collect from you?

As a prospective client of ours, we may request personal information related to:

• Full name.
• Age.
• Marital status.
• Nationality.
• Date of birth.
• Sex.
• Landline and/or mobile phone.
• Email address.
• Wet (handwritten) signature.
• Address.
• RFC, CURP, military service card, proof of studies, birth certificate, voter ID, driver’s license, professional license (cédula professional), proof of address, among others.

What do we use your personal data for?

ASIM collects and uses your personal data for the following purposes:

1. To confirm your identity.
2. To verify the accuracy of the data you provide to us.
3. Research and statistics.
4. To prepare, update, and manage your file/record.
5. To provide the services you have requested, inform you about changes to them, and assess the quality of the service we provide to you.

With whom do we share your information and for what purposes?

Your personal information is shared with ASIM’s internal areas, other group companies (subsidiaries and affiliates), as well as business partners, for the purpose of:

• Benefits administration.
• Preparing, updating, and managing your file/record.
• Complying with tax obligations.
• Providing the services you have requested, informing you of changes to them, and evaluating the quality of the service we provide.

How do we collect your data?

The information we need about you will be requested through two different means:

• Website.
• Telephone or in-person conversations with members of the staff working for Puerta Polanco.

How can you access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data?

The exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, or the revocation of consent, may be carried out by submitting a written request at our address, addressed to the Privacy Department, the department in charge of privacy, or via email to: aprivacidad@asimmx.com.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal information?

You may limit the use and disclosure of your personal information through the following means:

• Submitting your request in person at our address, addressed to the Privacy Department, the department in charge of privacy at this office.
• Sending an email to: aprivacidad@asimmx.com.

There will be no charge for processing your request.

It is important to inform you that you have the right to Access, Rectify, and Cancel your personal data, and to object to its processing or revoke the consent you have granted us for that purpose. To this end, it is necessary that you send your request under the terms set forth by the Law in Article 29 to the Privacy Department, responsible for our Personal Data Protection Department, located at Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho 175, 6th Floor, Polanco I Section, Miguel Hidalgo, 11550 Mexico City, or via email to aprivacidad@asimmx.com, which we ask that you confirm by telephone to ensure proper receipt.
